Delivery Services to Meet Your Needs
Pay-as-you-go and monthly subscription service options
We understand you have different delivery needs based on the job and shipping destinations. That’s why Hilti offers a wide range of delivery services ranging in pay-as-you-go to Hilti Smart, a monthly subscription service with varying delivery options including ground, jobsite, same day and air.
Pay-as-you-go delivery service options
Saver
- Ground parcel delivery to your office or warehouse
- 14:00 local cutoff time
- Hilti Smart: Saver shipping is included in all subscription tiers; see program T&C’s for limitations of service
Standard
- Ground parcel delivery to your office or warehouse when faster delivery is needed.
- 14:00 local cutoff time
- Hilti Smart: Standard delivery is included in Standard, Premium and Ultimate subscription tiers; see program T&C’s for limitations of service
Premium Liftgate
- Delivery of larger parcel orders to your office or warehouse.
- Includes unloading with a liftgate equipped truck
- 14:00 local cutoff time
- Hilti Smart: Premium Liftgate Delivery is included in Premium and Ultimate subscription tiers; see program T&C’s for limitations of service
Jobsite Courier
- Hilti Smart Premium and Ultimate: Included in package, see limitations of service below
- Only in select cities; please contact customer service for coverage clarification
- Perfect for deliveries to a jobsite location
- Includes unloading and delivery by a PPE equipped driver
Air Priority
Following business weekday - $109 for shipments below 100lbs; $6.50/lb for shipments above 100lbs.
- Restrictions for Air Priority: hazardous materials, including batteries, various injectable mortars and some DX cartridges cannot be shipped air priority and will be changed to ground (Saver or Standard)
- Orders must be placed by 14:00 local time for next business day delivery by 10:30
Air Saturday
- Restrictions for Air Priority: hazardous materials, including batteries, various injectable mortars and some DX cartridges cannot be shipped air priority and will be changed to ground (Saver or Standard)
- Orders must be placed by 14:00 local time Friday for Saturday delivery by 17:00

- Repair Outside Warranty Period – $59/tool
- Air Priority Repair Outside Warranty Period – $5.50/lb ($97 minimum)

In-Store Pickup
Pick up within 1 hour of order – Free
When a store has stock, reserve online and pick up in store at no additional cost. Our convenient Hilti Store locations provide product pickup, expert service and sales, product demonstrations, and minor tool services.

A Hilti customer account in good standing will be billed monthly or annually in advance based on the membership chosen. There is no limit to the number of deliveries made each month. Subscriptions can be canceled by Hilti at any time. Subscription fees are subject to tax per state laws.
